NetworkSound Mamba digital snakes are based on patent pending MediaNet protocol to deliver high quality synchronized audio (analog in
analog out) over a standard CAT-5/6 cable or Fiber [via external Media Converters]. Mamba Digital Snake features include synchronous
uncompressed real time audio [24bit/96kHz] , built in cable redundancy and latency less than 200 microsecond (I2S to I2S) over 450 feet /
140 meter standard CAT-5/6 cable. Mamba digital audio snakes offer added flexibility by supporting multiple configurations, including point
to point, split and daisy chain. Mamba digital snakes are plug and play, so setup is quick and easy, making them ideal for installations
where setup and tear down are frequent. We have custom configurations available in our Mamba digital snakes. Mamba Digital Snakes are
affordable due to innovative design concepts, symmetric units, use of external micpre, low overhead and direct sale.

Our Mamba product line boasts the lowest priced digital snakes
on the market, but because the foundation of all Mamba products
is the same MediaNet technology used in NetworkSound's
high-end broadcast solutions, the quality and reliability are of the
highest standard.
Custom Design
In addition to the Mamba line of digital snakes, NetworkSound
provides custom digital snake solutions tailored to our
customer's specification. Mamba can also support unbalanced
audio (RCA) over CAT-5 applications.
Micpre with Mamba - BYOM (Bring your Own Mic-pre)
Mamba offers the option of connecting your preferred wired or
wireless mic-pre. By simply connecting the analog outputs from
a mic-pre using a DB25-DB25 or DB25 to XLR/TRS, a
stand-alone mic-pre can easily be added to the Mamba digital
snake. Even with a local mic-pre at the stage, you will be able to
adjust each channel volume and other effects at the mixing
console. Mamba is an ideal system for wireless micpre's. Just
connect the line level outputs from micpre's to Mamba inputs and
