The Garden Recording Studios Inc. roles out NetworkSound Digital Snake Solution for live studio
and outdoor event recording applications

CAT-5/6, is pleased to announce that Garden Recording Studio Inc. located in San Francisco has installed
NetworkSound's MediaNet enabled Digital Snake system for studio and outdoor live recording applications. The
Garden Recording Studio (

picturesque San Francisco enabling digital recording and production, vocal editing and tuning, full band digital
tracking, overdubs and mixing, live rehearsal recording, voice over including commercial work and video games,
live concert recording, editing and mixing, Audio to Video via Final Cut HD.

The Garden Recording selected NetworkSound’s Digital Snake system for upcoming live recording sessions and to
showcase the new Digital Snake technology to end users. “NetworkSound Digital Snakes offer flexible
configurations, able to use our own mic-pre, negligible delay and high quality audio at the lowest cost” said Brent
McMicking, President of The Garden Recording Studios Inc. "Our requirements were to take 16 channels of audio
from the stage and split them to FoH and Mix, while having 8 returns from FoH. The NetworkSound Digital Snake
system was simple to assemble and install. I just had to pick them up from the box, power them up and connect a
CAT-5", he continued. The system configuration includes two 2U rack mount units with 16 IN X 24 OUT at the
stage, 16 X 16 at the FoH.

The Garden Recording plan to use the NetworkSound Digital Snake in the upcoming ICER Air event at AT&T park

NetworkSound plug and play Digital Snakes can support many different audio formats, including balanced, mic-
pre, AES/EBU, SPDIF and unbalanced over a single CAT-5/6 cable. NetworkSound’s MediaNet technology enables
synchronous transport of 512 X 512 channels of audio at 48 kHz over a single CAT-5/6 up to 100 meters/300 feet,
