Press Release:

Vidance drives live performances using the Mamba Digital Snake

April 14, 2007. San Jose, CA: NetworkSound Inc, a leading provider of multi-channel audio, video and control
over CAT-5/6, is pleased to announce that Vidance, Germany, has chosen NetworkSound's Mamba Digital Snake
system for live performances.

Vidance was looking for a snake that is plug and play and can be connected to existing performance grade micpre's.
"We did not want another digital snake with built in micpre since we have got one that has been used for long time
and we are comfortable with its performance. We were looking for a plug and play digital snake that carries our
micpre outputs to FoH at a reasonable cost. Mamba digital snake was perfect for what I was looking for and at half
the prize of similar competing solutions, it was very easy to select Mamba for our application", said Karl Steinberg,
President of Vidance.  "We are very happy with the performance and extremely pleased with the customer support.
The NetworkSound team was professional, made sure that our application will work and delivered the product in
time for our concert",
Karl continued. We were able to plug in micpre and line level inputs with ease and DB25
offered a convenient way to switch them on the fly. The built in cable redundancy feature was a big plus since it
provided the automatic cable fail-over, a piece of mind feature built in to Mamba Digital Snake system.

The Mamba is an ideal solution for the live performance market because it is inexpensive, easy to setup and manage,
while reliably providing professional quality audio distribution. It is the lowest priced 32X16 digital snake on the
market, but because it is based on the same MediaNet technology used in NetworkSound’s high end broadcast
solutions, the quality and reliability are of the highest standard.

NetworkSound also offers custom plug and play Digital Snakes that can support many different audio formats,
including balanced, mic-pre, AES/EBU, SPDIF, and ADAT over a single CAT-5/6 cable. NetworkSound’s
MediaNet technology enables synchronous transport of up to 512 X 512 channels of audio at 48 kHz over a single
CAT-5/6 up to 100 meters/300 feet, or up to 2 or 20 km in fiber mode, with latency less than 200 micro seconds
(I2S-I2S). For further information, please visit http://www.networksound.com/Digsnake.html.

“We are pleased that Vidance has selected the Mamba for the live performance. The ever growing customer base is
a validation for the NetworkSound technology, exceptional quality of our products priced right, and hard work by
the NetworkSound team to keep our customers happy", said Barani Subbiah, Founder & CEO of NetworkSound,
Inc. The Mamba and other Digital snakes are available for direct sale and via OEM partnership. For further
